Find peace with food and body

If you’ve learned that food is fraught, I’m here to help you unlearn that.

I am a registered dietitian, licensed therapist, certified eating disorder specialist, and certified intuitive eating counselor. I work with people at all stages of life—especially those struggling with eating disorders, restrictive dieting, and body image concerns—to rebuild their relationship with food and their bodies. If you’re exhausted by rigidity around eating, ready to stop fighting your body, recovering from years of diet culture, or looking to reduce food anxiety and meal-planning stress, I’d love to work with you.

Here’s what that looks like: We move away from rules and restriction toward balance, self-compassion, and food freedom. No shame, no food rules, just you eating sustainably and joyfully. Whether you’re a preschool picky eater, a high-schooler getting to know your changing body, on your way to college, meal planning for your family, or elderly and adjusting to new medical guidance, I will partner with you to help you discover what this looks like for you.

Based in the D.C. metropolitan area, I work one-on-one, virtually and in person. I also support families and organizations navigating nutrition and wellness.

RE Nutrition is committed to cultivating a safe space for people of all gender identities, ages, ability levels, weight, cultural identity, ethnicity, nationality, or sexuality. Everyone is welcome here!

When not working with clients or chasing after my kids, you can usually find me cooking in the kitchen, consignment shopping, or walking in Rock Creek Park with a friend.
